Heather was such a blessing to us and helped us so much with finding our next home. We were looking at a couple homes and then Heather found us a lot with a new house being built on the water, something we hadn't even considered. She guided us through that process and did countless calls to not only the builder but also the agencies involved with dock permits and such to ensure that the home, and our views from the home would be exactly as we were hoping for. She also went out of her way to meet the neighbors and then introduce us to them! We are so grateful for everything that she's done for us, and we are so excited to be building our home on the water with her guidance. We strongly recommend her and will absolutely be referring her to friends in the near future!

Heather and Paul did an amazing job of helping us find our vacation home! We were intent on the Folly Beach/IOP area and they provided us with a number of choices, in our price range, the first day we met with them. From due diligence, to thinking through the offer we should submit, to negotiations with the seller's agent, to following up with the condo association on various things that we needed they went above and beyond.
